Some of us have the tendency to take our life for granted and fail to see all of its beauty. When we take our life for granted, we just settle for what is available. We forget that we are capable of so much more than we ever thought possible. When we take our life for granted, we allow fear to creep in and cloud the mind.

We let the negativity of the world get into our heads and fill it with terrible thoughts. With a heavy heart, we then go through the motions of a day that has no purpose or meaning.
